We will not be held responsible for expedited shipping charges stemming from a manufacturers' error or delay in the production and/or shipping of items that aren't in stock in our warehouse. Shipping Policy

All orders placed through www.JustCherokee.com will include Free UPS/Fedex Ground Shipping to any of the lower 48 states for orders over $50.00 International orders are not eligible for this special offer and are shipped via United States Postal Service (see below for details).

We will also ship International and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico with additional shipping charges. Please call our customer service dept toll free at 877-461-1042 and we will be glad to assist you. If you are placing an order over the weekend, you may place an order online and someone from our customer service dept. will contact you Monday with your shipping options.

If you are not agreeable to the shipping charges and delivery schedule at that time, you may cancel your order with no questions asked. Freight options to these locations can range between $25 to $50 and involve 2-3 lead time. Thanks for understanding.

Order Process:

All orders placed online are processed same day. You will be notified through email that your order has been processed within our system. Orders may be shipped in multiple or partial shipments from Next Scrubs/Savon Scrubs or directly from a particular manufacturer. Our system will automatically update your account any time your order status changes and you will be emailed this information.

Most shipments that originate through our Mississippi and California warehouses, we will provide tracking information. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. and will get the most up-to-date delivery information for you.

International Orders

European and Canadian customers, please use the appropriate shipping option. International orders may take 2-3 weeks to deliver. Customer are able to track order via instant order tracking system.  

• Standard Shipping Orders usually arrive at your location within 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping Orders usually arrive at your location within 4-5 business days.
• Express Shipping Orders usually arrive at your location within 3-4 business days.
• In Store Pick Up Orders are usually ready for pick up within 5-7 business days. We'll call you when the order is ready for pick up.

Shipping Charges

Once you enter your complete shipping address and choose a shipping method during checkout, we will calculate the exact shipping charges and show you the total due before collecting payment. When a shipping estimate is available, we give you our best estimate of the lowest shipping cost based on your zip code.

Our website cannot accept orders outside the United States, its territories and military addresses.
